The Beginning
Founder Bob Christy began experimenting with 8mm movie cameras and developed a method for capturing images inside underground sewer pipes, leading to Photo Inspection Corporation (PIC).
ATV Box Introduced
Additional mobility solutions provide contractors with greater flexibility in the field.
1970s-1980s
Building the Foundation
As municipalities recognized the value of pipeline inspection, the technologies developed through PIC laid the groundwork for a manufacturing company focused on underground infrastructure inspection.
1985
Aries Industries Founded
Aries Industries is officially established in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with a mission to develop innovative inspection equipment for the underground infrastructure industry.
1989
First Color Camera
